About Us

Teen Pro Mobile Detailing was founded by Jen and Ramon Casas, a veteran-owned, prior U.S. Navy and retired law-enforcement family with a lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and community impact.

Jen and Ramon have spent their careers giving back. Jen has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, caring for patients and supporting families through physical therapy. Ramon is a retired Navy veteran and former law enforcement officer who has spent decades leading, mentoring, and protecting others. Together, they continue to serve as adult leaders with the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps, one of the nation’s premier youth leadership development organizations.

The idea for Teen Pro Mobile Detailing was born close to home.

Like many families, Jen and Ramon watched their own sons and their friends’ children apply for job after job, only to find limited opportunities beyond seasonal or short-term work. They saw motivated teens eager to learn, work hard, and earn responsibility, but lacking real pathways to meaningful employment. Rather than accept the status quo, they decided to build the opportunity themselves.

Teen Pro Mobile Detailing was created to give teens more than just a paycheck. It’s a place to learn real-world skills: attention to detail, professionalism, teamwork, customer service, time management, and accountability. Our teens work outdoors, alongside peers, with flexible schedules that respect school, sports, and family commitments, while still holding them to high standards.
We believe meaningful work builds confidence. Responsibility builds character. And being part of a team builds leaders.

At Teen Pro Mobile Detailing, every vehicle we service is also an investment in the next generation, teaching teens how to show up on time, take pride in their work, treat customers with respect, and understand what it means to earn trust through effort.

Jen and Ramon are proud to bring their background in service, discipline, and community leadership into a business that creates opportunity where it’s needed most, right here at home.

Sapphira and Raina showed up exactly on time. They explained to me the products and processes they use(I was very impressed with their knowledge.) They went right to work and didn’t stop until they were done. They got the job done with very little water waste and zero mess for me. Their work ethic is beyond reproach, these women know how to work and have their system down. I would highly recommend this business for your detailing needs. They brought top notch equipment to take care of our car’s interior and exterior. We had spilled a sticky/sugary drink in the passenger seat, and not a trace was left after interior detailing.
